When a refund request is submitted, Relations Three will reach out within two weeks to potentially request more information. Customers should provide this information within two weeks to facilitate the review process. The refund outcome will be communicated via email:
- No later than five business days after receiving all necessary information;
- Or within five days if no additional details are needed.
Relations Three may process a refund without customer consent in certain cases. Once approved, we strive to process refunds swiftly, aiming to complete them within ten business days. Requests made after the refund period or without essential information may be declined.
Chargebacks
Customers are advised to contact Relations Three to resolve transaction issues before initiating a chargeback. If a chargeback is filed, Relations Three will conduct a detailed review, potentially requesting additional information from the bank. Please note that choosing a chargeback will forfeit the option for a future refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
